The Purchasing Investor (Equities)
Purchases for all investments are limited to the amount of funds paid by investors. A purchasing investor will usually deposit funds for investments based on the current price of shares which will also determine the number of shares acquired by the client.
An average commission of between 1.5% and 2.5% is charged for all transactions executed with reference to share purchase.

The Selling Investor (Equities)
A client who wants to sell his shares must fill a sale order form which authorizes Databank to sell the shares on their behalf. The selling investor then signs a transfer form to effect transfer of ownership after the sale is executed. The client must finally deposit a valid share certificate which is verified by the registrar to complete the entire sale process.
An average commission of between 1.5% and 2.5% is charged for all transactions executed with reference to shares sold.
