Q. What are the steps to complete my Client Update via the portal?

- Visit bit.ly/myclientupdate to access the portal
- Fill in your account name and account number in the appropriate fields
- Choose the mode of verification you prefer: SMS or email
- Click on the arrow to the right to proceed
- Retrieve the OTP sent to your phone or email address
- Click on “Submit”
- If you do not receive the OTP after 2 minutes, click on “Resend OTP” and input it when you receive it
- Inside the portal, you can update your records at “Client Records Update”, update your beneficiaries at “Beneficiaries Records Update”, or check your balance.
- Choose the option you prefer and fill in the necessary details to update your account.
