Q. What do I need to have to complete the Client Records Update process via the portal?

  • You would need to provide:
  • Your Databank account number
  • Your email address on the account and/or your phone number on the account
  • Softcopy of a valid Photo ID (Driver’s license, passport, SNNIT card or Voter’s ID)
  • Softcopy of your passport photo
  • Softcopy of your signature
  • Your personal details such as residential address, place of birth, mother’s maiden name, digital address and postal address
