- You would need to provide:
- Your Databank account number
- Your email address on the account and/or your phone number on the account
- Softcopy of a valid Photo ID (Driver’s license, passport, SNNIT card or Voter’s ID)
- Softcopy of your passport photo
- Softcopy of your signature
- Your personal details such as residential address, place of birth, mother’s maiden name, digital address and postal address
