Q. Why has my update request been denied?

A. Your update request can be denied for any of the following reasons:

  • You did not provide the account details of the actual account holder
  • The details you provided do not match what is already on record at Databank
  • You opened your account using *6100# and did not provide a valid photo ID that has your signature on it (Driver’s License or Passport)
