Q. What happens when there is insufficient balance in my account?

A. In the event of insufficient balance, you will be notified when there is a failed attempt to make a debit on the account. During this time, the client may notify us by calling Databank to resubmit a direct debit request. After 3 counts of unsuccessful debit on the account, the debit instruction will be cancelled.
