A: Employers are required by law to contribute into Tier 1 and Tier 2 on your behalf. It is mandatory by law. Tier 3, however, is voluntary but employers are encouraged to support the employee to contribute to this as well. This can be done by contacting an NPRA-regulated Trustee.
