Q. Why didn’t I receive a Purchase Confirmation Note for the previous month?

The following are some of the possible reasons you did not receive a PCN:

  • You did not make any deposits in the previous month
  • Your deposit transaction was not successful. In this case, you can follow up by calling 0302 610610 or sending an email to info@databankgroup.com
  • Your email address is not correct. You can update your personal details online at bit.ly/myclientupdate to rectify this.
