A. To access the portal for signup or amendment, you need to fulfill the following conditions:

• Be above the age of 18
• Possess an account with Databank
• Possess a bank account in Ghana. This applies to all commercial and rural banks with the exception of the following rural banks: Akrofuom Rural Bank, Asuopra Rural Bank,  Atweaban Rural, Baduman Rural Bank, Bomaa Rural Bank, Butawu Rural Bank, Buuwulonso Rural Bank, Denkyiraman Rural Bank, Ekumfiman Rural Bank, Fanteakwa Rural Bank, Mansoman Rural Bank, Mfantsiman Rural Bank, Shai Rural Bank, Unity Rural Bank, Western Rural Bank and Zabzugu Rural Bank.
