A. There are several ways to access the portal:
- Go to www.databankgroup.com. Select the “Digital Services” tab and click on “Direct Debit Portal”
- Type https://onlineservice.databankgroup.com/directdebit in your browser.
- You can also type the short link bit.ly/mydirectdebit in your browser to access the portal.
