All shareholders are invited to register for the 2024 Annual General Meetings of Databank’s mutual funds.

Dates: August 12 & 13, 2025
Platform: Zoom

You can register to attend the meetings of as many funds as you hold shares in.  Please click on the links below to register for the Annual General Meeting of your fund. Your account number will be required to complete the registration.

A shareholder is someone who has shares or invests in any of our mutual funds – ArkFund, BFund, EdIFund, Epack, or MFund.

Please note that you will need your Databank account number to complete the registration.

You can register for as many funds as you hold shares in i.e. if you have different mutual fund accounts, you are eligible to join those meetings.

Registration ends 24 hours before the meeting. Shareholders who cannot attend the meetings will still have access to the meeting recording when it is over.

After registration, you will receive the Zoom link via email to join the meeting on the day.Registration is free and open to all shareholders.

NOTE: A shareholder is someone who has shares or invests in any of our mutual funds – ArkFund, BFund, EdIFund, Epack, or MFund.

•All participants will be automatically muted and videos will be turned off.
•During the meeting, you will be allowed to contribute or ask questions and vote on the resolutions. Announcements will be made to this effect.
•To second a motion or ask a question, you can raise your hands to draw the attention of the host. Your microphone will be unmuted for you to speak. You will also be allowed to type your questions in the Chat and they will be addressed.
•During voting, a poll will pop up on the screen for all participants to vote.

Here are some useful things to know before using Zoom
• Zoom is an internet-based service
• Zoom can work as a web-based application on most browsers or you can install the Zoom application. Visit www.zoom.us or download it from your PlayStore or AppStore
• Zoom is not tied to any operating system. It can work on Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, Android, and BlackBerry.

Before you join any of the Annual General Meetings, you will need to register for the meeting. After registering, you will receive an email containing the link to join the meeting. This is how you can join:
On your phone
• Click on the meeting link (usually in blue). A dialogue box will appear requesting you to choose if you want to access the meeting on the Zoom application (if you have it downloaded) or through your browser.
• If you have already installed the application, selecting the zoom application will allow you to join the meeting instantly.
• If you haven’t downloaded the Zoom application, you will be redirected to the Zoom webpage. You can then choose whether to download the application or continue the meeting in the mobile web browser.
On the Zoom desktop application
• Click on the meeting link (usually in blue) to be redirected to the Zoom desktop application.
• You will join the meeting instantly.
• Select “Connect audio” to be able to hear proceedings and choose whether you want to turn on your video. (Note: You will still be able to view the meeting even if your video is turned off. The “turn on video” option is to show your face to other participants).

You will need a phone, laptop or PC to participate in the Zoom meeting.

To rename yourself
If the name you used to register for the meeting is not what we have in our records, you can rename yourself for consistency.

How to rename yourself (On PC & Mobile)

· Find your name in the list of participants.

· Click/tap your name and select “Rename” from the drop-down menu.

· Type in the new name you want and select “Ok”.
To raise your hand
To ask a question or second a motion, use the ‘Raise Hand’ feature. You will be unmuted to perform the action for which your hand was raised.

How to raise your hands (On PC & Mobile):
• Tap “Reactions” on the control bar at the bottom of your Zoom screen.

• Tap “Raise Hand”

To chat
You can also use the chat feature to send questions if you prefer not to speak.

How to chat (On PC & Mobile)
• Tap “Chat” on the control bar at the bottom of your Zoom screen.

• Type in your question to the host (Databank) and send it.
