These terms and conditions apply to the EdIFund Baby Promo. To participate in this promo, you must enter as directed on our website or our social media channels.
The EdIFund Baby Promo will last from July 1, 2020 to July 31, 2020. The promo ends at 23:59 GMT of the deadline day, July 31, 2020.
To participate in the EdIFund Baby promo, a client must deposit at least GHC 300 in an EdIFund account.
• Deposits can be made into either EdIFund Tier 1 or EdIFund Tier 2. Kindly note that, EdIFund Tier 2 has an exit load of 5% if you withdraw from your fund within 1 year.
• Deposits must be made during the promo period. Deposits made after the deadline will not be eligible for the promo.
• Deposits can be made at a physical location (19 locations across Ghana) or through our digital channels (*6100#, *713*100#, *737*100#, Visa or Master Card on the Mobile App or at www.databankgroup.com).
• A client can deposit more than once during the period. However, deposits of less than GHC 300 on different occasions cannot be considered cumulatively as an entry. The whole amount must be made as a single deposit.
There will be 3 categories of prizes for this promo: Instant prizes, weekly giveaways and ultimate prizes.
• Instant prizes: All clients who deposit GHC 300 or more will be eligible for the instant prizes. Instant prizes include Databank branded souvenirs like face masks and exercise books. If a client deposited online, he/she can walk into a Databank location with the proof of deposit and pick up the souvenir.
• Weekly giveaways: At the end of every week in the promo period, winners will be selected to win Databank gift vouchers of GHC 50.
• Ultimate prizes: At the end of the promo period, the top three depositors (with highest deposits within the period) will be awarded with ultimate prizes of baby items. Winners for the ultimate prizes will be awarded on August 12, 2020.
• Winners of the ultimate prizes of the EdIFund Baby Promo are expected to hold their investments (without withdrawing) for at least 6 months after the end of the promo (until January 2021).
• Databank has the sole right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
